Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data we process when you visit spadesvision.com or write to us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visiting the website

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and keep them secure, Vercel processes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent in its server logs. Vercel processes this data on our behalf; transfers to the USA rely on the standard contractual clauses and the Swiss–US and EU–US Data Privacy Frameworks.

The website sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia). Plausible uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or other identifiers; we only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and from which website they came.

Plausible also counts which buttons and links are clicked (such as the contact buttons), how long the replay at the top of the page is watched, and how far the round replay further down is scrolled. These counts are not linked to you or to your other visits.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your address and message to answer you and keep them for as long as the conversation and any business relationship need them, or as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us which of your data we process, and have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to info@spadesvision.com. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
